Posting of Foreclosure lists on our website is an attempt to inform owners or mortgagees that they may lose their right, title and interest to their described real property if taxes are not paid. It is NOT and advertisment of sale to the public.

The 2018 Foreclosure List had a payment deadline of January 30, 2019. THIS FORECLOSURE LIST REDEMPTION PERIOD HAS ENDED. PARCELS NOT REDEEMED WILL BE FORECLOSED DURING FEBRUARY. THERE WILL BE A BUYBACK PERIOD STARTING IN MARCH AND WILL END 5:00 PM APRIL 26, 2019. MOST PARCELS ON THIS LIST WERE REDEEMED. AN AUCTION LIST WILL BE PRODUCED AFTER THE BUYBACK PERIOD IS FINISHED IN APRIL. NO TRESSPASSING ON ANY PROPERTY IS PERMITTED. TRESSPASSERS COULD BE PROSECUTED. The Auction will be held May 18, 2019.
