The successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the bid price, in the form of CASH, MONEY ORDER, OR CERTIFIED CHECK.

If the successful bidder does not tender payment in full within 30 days after the adoption by the County Legislature, the 10% bid price will be forfeited to Cattaraugus County.
