Do you know someone that should be honored as a hometown hero?
The American Red Cross and Cummins Engine JEP are now accepting nominations from Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties for "Hometown Heroes" in the following categories:
Good Samaritan Adult
Good Samaritan Youth
Educator Hero
Military Hero
Animal Rescue Hero
Good Neighbor
Fire Rescue
Workplace /Industrial Safety
Lifeline / 9-1-1
Law Enforcement
Medical Hero
Blood Donor
A Heroes Breakfast and Award Celebration will take place at Moonbrook Country Club in Jamestown on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
The nomination form is below for download - please feel free to print copies of the form and distribute them to other people who you feel may be interested in nominating someone.
