Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development is in preparations for the 2nd Annual WILMA buy local event being held October 25 - 26, 2014 in the Corporate Building on the Cattaraugus County Fairgrounds, Little Valley, NY.

WILMA, We Invite Local Manufacturers & Artisans, is a two-day event that will run on Saturday, October 25th 10 am - 5 pm and Sunday, October 26th 11 am- 3 pm. The family oriented, expo event is scheduled to include items handmade or manufactured in Cattaraugus County by our local artisans and manufacturers. The event is intended to showcase all the items actually made here in the County and to promote buying local, just in time for the holiday shopping season. Special activities are being planned for the children in the family. There is no rain date for this event, it will be held rain or shine since it is being held indoors.

The Department is seeking family friendly manufacturers and artisans that will set up to display and sell their wares during the two-day expo. It is desired to have a variety of vendors represented during the event. Tables are on a first come first serve basis, and pre-registration is required. An early-bird registration rate is being offered for those registering by August 1, 2014. Space is limited, so register early.
