Drug Task Force makes arrest for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance

After an investigation conducted by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force the listed defendant was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to sell in the third degree, and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree.

The charges were a result from two separate incidents where the listed defendant sold cocaine to another person while in the City of Salamanca.

The defendant was arraigned in the City of Salamanca where he was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu 10,000.00 dollars bail.

The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force is made up of members of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office and the New York State Police.
