Dear Pistol Permit Holder:

New York State recently passed the " NYSAFE ACT" which gives pistol permit holders the ability to "Opt-Out" and request that their permit information be kept private and confidential.

The forms to opt out are now available for you to download and print. Please click the link below to access the form.
