The Cattaraugus County Health Department is now scheduling annual Influenza Clinics for the public. The following Clinics have been confirmed :

Saturday, Oct. 1 East Otto Town Hall 10 AM-2 PM
Wednesday, Oct. 5 Olean JCC Campus 10 AM-2 PM
Thursday, Oct. 6 Farmersville Town Hall 1-7 PM
Tuesday, Oct. 11 Cattaraugus Firemen's Club 1-7 PM
Wednesday, Oct. 12 Valley Pharmacy, Gowanda 1-4 PM
Thursday, Oct. 13 Little Valley Fire Hall 12-6 PM
Tuesday, Oct. 18 Franklinville Fire Hall 1-7 PM
Wednesday, Oct. 19 South Dayton Free Methodist 1-7 PM

BRING your insurance card - we will bill the following:
Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Independent Health, Univera,
Fedelis, Today's Option, Evercare, and Humana.
NO insurance? Cost = $20.00.
