Information Night for Property Tax Auction

To prepare bidders for the auction process, the County will hold an Information Night on April 29 at 7:00 PM in the Legislative Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the County Building at 303 Court St In Little Valley.  There will be a slide presentation of each parcel to be offered, with a question/answer period afterward.  Auction books will be available for sale at the event for $3, and County road maps available for $2.  We also have a new item available: the County map with auction parcels pinpointed on it for $5. 

Registration for bidder numbers can be made online now, at the info night event, or at the auction.  Pre-registration is encouraged to save time and to make the bidding process more enjoyable.

This meeting is not required in order to bid at the auction, but may be helpful to new bidders especially.
