Town of Olean Farmland

Sealed bids for the sale of 51.20 Acres of Tillable Farmland in the Town of Olean, Tax Map No. 103.002-2-20, will be received by the undersigned until Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 9:45 a.m., after which time they will be publicly opened at 10:00 a.m. by the undersigned, under the direction of the County Operations Committee of the Cattaraugus County Legislature at the County Center, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York 14755.

All bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the following:

"TOWN OF OLEAN FARMLAND BID"

Any bid not clearly marked will not be considered.

A ten (10) percent deposit is required and must be included with your sealed bid and there is a minimum bid of $51,000.

All bids must be sent or delivered to John R. Searles, Clerk of the Legislature, 303 Court St., Little Valley, NY 14755

The Cattaraugus County Legislature reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the highest responsible bid.
