Quotes for Sealing and Striping of Little Valley County Center Parking Lot

Quotes for the purchase of certain materials, equipment, and/or services, for the Cattaraugus County Department of Public Works, according to specifications, will be received by the undersigned, at the Department of Public Works Facility, 8810 Route 242, Little Valley, New York, until Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 3:00 P.M., under the direction of the Public Works Committee of the Cattaraugus County Legislature. Each quote, at the time it is received, will be stamped showing date and time of receipt.

ALL QUOTES MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED:

Any quote not clearly marked will not be considered.

All quotes must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE. Any quote submitted without such certification will not be accepted. Any quote not meeting ALL specifications will not be considered. The County Legislature reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive any informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible quote.
