Food Services for The Pines Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center - Olean Campus

Sealed bids for Food Services for the Pines Healthcare & Rehabilitation Centers (Cattaraugus County Nursing Homes), according to specifications, will be received by the undersigned, until Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 1:45 P.M. after which they will be publicly opened at 2:00P.M. by the undersigned, under the direction of the Senior Services Committee of the Cattaraugus County Legislature at the Cattaraugus County Department of Public Works, 8810 Route 242, Little Valley, New York 14755.  Attention: Dawn Smith. Each bid, at the time it is received, will be stamped showing date and time of receipt.

ALL BIDS MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED WITH THE FOLLOWING:

NH BID #3 - Food Services for The Pines Healthcare and Rehabilitation Centers - Olean Campus AND Consultant Registered Dietitian - Machias Campus

Any bid not clearly marked will not be considered.

Bidding sheets and instructions may be obtained on or after Thursday, August 4, 2016, at The Pines Healthcare & Rehabilitation Centers - Olean Campus, 2245 West State Street, Olean, NY  14760; telephone Margie Gibbons at 716-373-1910, extension 4514 or email at magibbons [at] cattco [dot] com. A Manditory Meeting will be held at the above address on Thursday, August 11, 2016, at 10:30 A.M. in the conference room to answer any questions bidders might have. 

All bids must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATION.  Any bid submitted without such certification will not be accepted.  Any bid not meeting ALL specifications will not be considered.

All bids must be sent or delivered to: Cattaraugus County Department of Public Works, 8810 Route 242, Little Valley, NY 14755, Attention Dawn Smith by Thursday August 18, 2016, by 1:45PM.

The County Legislature reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible bid.
